Questions & Answers
When do you open?
We open Nov. 28th at 5pm
How do you buy tickets?
Getting your tickets online is highly recommended to reserve your spot. We cannot guarantee there will be any tickets available to purchase on site when you arrive.
How much are tickets?
Tickets sold before Nov.28th are 15$ for each person. After Nov.28th tickets Monday-Wednesday entry is $15 per person. Thursday-Sunday adults will be $18 per person, and children under 12 will remain at $15, with free entry for children two and under.
Do I have to show up during the time stated on my ticket?
Yes, and please have all concessions purchased and bathroom trips taken care of before scanning your tickets. This is done in order to keep the amount of visitors regulated and reduce congestion as much as possible during the stroll.
Are tickets refundable?
All sales are final. NO Refunds, but tickets can be changed to a different night by going back to the ticketing website and clicking on the change ticket link.
How long is the walk through?
The walk will take approximately 30-45 minutes.
What is the path like?
The path is mostly gravel based, but there can be some muddy/wet areas, so please wear the appropriate footwear.
Is the path stroller accessible?
The path is accessible to trail strollers and wagons but maybe a little rough with strollers that have the small plastic wheels. Double wide strollers are not recommended, as some of the hallways will be as narrow as 36”.
Is there parking?
Yes, we have ample amounts of free parking.
Is the path handicap accessible?
We did our best to make the path handicap accessible. The trail is dirt/gravel and slightly uneven at times. There is a small section through a building and the doorways/walkways can be a little narrow, this section can be skipped if need be. The stroll ends on our mini-golf course which has raised curbs. We've had multiple people successfully go through on wheelchairs and scooters, but we did have a handful that opted out.
Do you have restrooms?
Yes, we have bathrooms attached to building before you enter the stroll and we have porta-potties about 2/3rds of the way through stroll.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are allowed. This is for the safety of all our customers, staff, light displays, and everyone’s experience.
What is the discount on tickets for the event nights?
On these nights for those who are eligible, adult prices will be reduced to $15 per adult.
